Elevated Sit-ups and other core exercises can be performed from this unit. Along with speedwork such as: Toe Taps, Side Hops, Squat Jumps to Sprawls, Knee, Knee, Toe, Toe add a hop to uplevel your game or step up, and ground burpees to hop or step. A-steps to traditional take on one step at a time. Plyometric Steps can improve athletic performance, agility, stability, and balance.
