Tricep Press (adjustable resistance)

Adjust the dial to your desired level. Have a seat and line your back against the back pad, place both had on the levels with a slight bend in elbows – press the lever down towards the ground.  First timers – aim for 4-6 reps, and slowly build from there, as this unit has 16 levels to increase your triceps strengthen and endurance. Strengthens arms (triceps), chest, shoulders, back and core.
