NJStart Update

NJSTART is the State of New Jersey’s eProcurement system for statewide purchasing and contract access. Eligible New Jersey public purchasing entities can use NJSTART and the State’s Cooperative Purchasing Program to access State contracts and approved cooperative purchasing resources for public projects.

1. Confirm Eligibility

Eligible public purchasing entities may include municipalities, counties, school districts, volunteer fire departments, county and State colleges, independent authorities, quasi-state agencies, and independent institutions of higher education.

2. Review Available Contracts

Use NJSTART to review active State contracts and cooperative purchasing resources available to eligible New Jersey public purchasing entities.

3. Select Equipment or a Project Scope

Choose the outdoor fitness equipment, package, or layout that fits your site, users, budget, and project goals.

4. Request Project Information

5. Complete Purchase Through Your Organization’s Process

Your organization can complete purchasing according to applicable New Jersey procurement requirements and internal purchasing procedures.
