Don’t just take our word for it — teens love the Greenfields Ninja Courses!
As a haven dedicated to the development of teens, Florida’s Palmer Munroe Teen Center is constantly seeking ways to better support their youth.
The City of Tallahassee and the Palmer Munroe Teen Center banded together to search for an activity that would both engage teens and encourage healthy habits, and landed on a Greenfields Ninja Course as the solution. Ninja Courses provide exhilarating challenges that captivate users’ attention. While the individuals can strive to improve their performance on the course by themselves, Greenfields Ninja Courses also encourage interaction with other users, providing the mental health benefits of socialization.
“It’s a lot of fun, and I think everyone should come out here and try it.”
– Braden, Palmer Munroe Teen Center Participant
As users imagine they’re in the hit reality television show, American Ninja Warrior, they get a comprehensive workout that builds strength, mobility, and endurance. Additionally, extracurricular options as fun as Ninja Courses help teens stay out of trouble by encouraging them to focus their energy on something beneficial.
“It helps you get your endurance up, and it helps with your skill.”

The Palmer Munroe Teen Center also generated excitement for their Ninja Course by creating a ninja-themed week for their summer camp and partnering with Greenfields Outdoor Fitness to bring 6x American Ninja Warrior finalist Adam Rayl to help the youth improve technique.
“So the teens absolutely enjoy this course… Teens like things that are just for them, and so being able to come here and say there’s a Ninja Course at the Teen Center, I think there’s some ownership around that. I also think that giving them another opportunity to play outdoors, and be outside, and have something fun beyond the typical playground — I find a lot of value in that.”
– Bobby Sparks, City of Tallahassee Recreation Superintendent
The Ninja Course at the Palmer Munroe Teen Center is available to the public when not being used by the Center. Located next to a playground and basketball courts, this recreational area is a great place for families with kids of varying ages and interests.
