Low Impact way to work on cardio.  Great unit for all. Its design lends way to building confidence, Foot plate come equipped with grip pads for a secure exercise experience and handle are sturdy, less distraction while focusing on goals.  Explore with timed intervals, and resistance (turn the knob on the bottom of unit).  Example: 1 minute at level 2, 1 minute at level 4, and rest.  Before establishing a timed interval workout, make sure to check posted time limits. Targets Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, and core.
