By submitting this form, I acknowledge that there could be a risk of personal injury during the Pilates Classes and Interactive Demos and while visiting Greenfields Outdoor Fitness’ set-ups at the ASLA Conference. I agree to assume the risk of personal injury, and agree to hold harmless Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, its’ employees, the convention center, or the American Society of Landscape Architects from any and all liability claims, damages, losses, or cause of action, which may be incurred while I am on said premises. I agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless for any reason whatsoever, specifically including, but not limited to, any negligence on the part of Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, its owner, or its employees that may lead to losses arising from theft, injury, or any other reason whatsoever.
